HEY, I'm karianne
I'm a mom of six, an investor, a community builder, and someone who has spent years learning — sometimes the hard way — what it actually means to build a life on purpose. I didn't grow up in real estate. I didn't have a wealthy mentor handing me a blueprint. What I had was grit, faith, a deep love for the women around me, and a growing conviction that the most powerful investment any of us can make is the one we make in ourselves. SHEx3 was born from that conviction — and from a night when everything I thought was steady stopped being steady, and I had to remember who I was.
Every woman I knew was capable. Brilliant, actually. Running households, building businesses, caring for people, holding things together with a kind of quiet strength that should be legendary. And yet — when the conversation turned to investing, to wealth, to what their financial future actually looked like — most of them went quiet. Not because they weren't smart enough. Not because they didn't want it. But because no one had ever shown them the room. No one had ever said you belong here and actually meant it. I built SHEx3 because I kept seeing that gap — between who these women were and what they believed was available to them. And I couldn't not do something about it.

How i got here
My path into real estate wasn't linear or glamorous. It was built across years of learning, failing forward, and doing the work while also raising a family and navigating seasons of life that tested everything I thought I knew about myself. I've been a private lender, a community builder, a speaker, and a student — often all at once. And through all of it, the thread that kept showing up was this: the women around me were capable of so much more than they believed. They just needed someone to create a room that felt like it was built for them. So I did.
